Todd has moved to the Westwood office to focus more directly on the West Seattle market where he and his family live. Experience
Todd has 15+ years experience in sales and marketing and has acquired the strong negotiation skills necessary for successful and profitable real estate transactions. He is a recipient of the John L Scott 2005-2007 Presidents Award and the 2008 Presidents Gold Award, which places him in the top 5% of John L Scott agents. Education includes a BA in Business with an emphasis in marketing and a Minor in Jazz Performance from San Diego State University, a vocational music degree from Musicians Institute, many continuing education classes in computer programming from Bellevue Community College and Real Estate classes at Rockwell Institute. Personal BackgroundI was born and raised near Chicago, Illinois and I have lived in Phoenix, Hollywood and San Diego before settling in Seattle, Washington in 1994. I’m a music fanatic and have played guitar and bass in many bands in diverse styles such as jazz, reggae, rock and folk. While in San Diego, I had the privilege to work at the Mission Bay Aquatic Center and teach sailing, surfing, wind surfing and waterskiing to children. I love to ski, snow board, bike, hike and climb, which are the obvious reasons for my love of the Seattle area and the northwest. I currently live in West Seattle in the Westwood neighborhood. Prior to moving to West Seattle, I lived in Wallingford and Ballard.
